Service Guide Incorporated provides a variety of services and products to the steel, aluminum, paper, and mining industries. Industrial repair has been our hallmark for over 45 years. We offer bearing repair, chock maintenance programs, spindle and coupling repair, bronze and brass components, weldments, and full machining services as required by our customers.

Additional services we offer include: roll force cylinder testing, stress relieving, 600 Ton Press, ultrasonic testing, NDT testing, state-of-the art bearing test lab, and mill process engineering.

Our Quality Control Staff consists of 2-Certified Level II inspectors trained in visual weld inspection, liquid penetrant testing, mag particle testing and ultra-sonic testing.

Service Guide Incorporated employs a wide variety of industrial repair equipment (138) with duplication to ensure superior quality and on-time delivery: Grinders (10), Lathes (22), Mills (23), CNC Technology (7), Welding Stations (11), Parts Washers (4), Melt Furnaces (7), Stress Relieving Furnaces (5) and Overhead Cranes (51).
