Stress Relieving: On-site with 5-gas fired stress relieving furnaces…maximum temperature is set at 1150 degrees…three furnaces are railcar type that will hold up to 70,000 lbs. with a 44’ capacity…one stationary top load furnace manages product up to 36” W X 81” L X 40” H…our bar furnace is capable of holding a bar up to 24” W X169” L X 24” H

Machining: Everything from 70,000 lb. spindles to new parts, our machinists are capable of producing/machining to the customer’s specifications

Roll Force Cylinders: Our Roll Force Cylinder Testing and Repair Department is a full-service shop ranging from on site hydraulic system optimization service to pre-test and final test of the roll force cylinder(s) to manufacturing of new or repair cylinders..all cylinder components are precision assembled in our dedicated clean room environment...Pre-test for pressure loss and/or leakage…cylinder thoroughly cleaned…full component inspection and analysis…preliminary inspection report with quotation…capable of testing up to 10,000 psi…stand capacity = 10,000,000 pounds exerted force…graphical presentation of pressure losses at 4 points…4-hour testing process

600 Ton Press: Capabilities of pressing frozen chocks from rolls, spindle couplings from spindle shafts, pressing gears off/on shafts and pre-heat processing. Assists customers in those difficult repairs that frequently accompany mill spindles, gear bearings, or rolls that are stuck in chocks…bed length of 30’ and 30” throat positioning stop every 18”

Spindle Repair: 70,000 lb. Capacity…manufacture new and repair old, even broken spindles…removal of ends, rebuild and assembled…complete programs…can be supplied with slippers and pins as part of a complete assembly…maximum length 520”…maximum diameter 66”…supported by final UT and dimensional reports
