We combine chock re-manufacture with chock and bearing maintenance as well as bearing re-manufacture….simply stated a “one stop shop”.

Scope of Work:

• pickup at your plant by our own commercial over-the-road fleet of tractor/trailers (cost savings to you from the very start of the order)
• disassembly
• clean chock and bearing
• inspect bearing for damage and wear (detailed inspection report provided)
• number and paint chock
• grease bearing and rotate the load zone
• furnish gaskets, bolts, etc. (shelf items for quick turnaround)
• assemble chock
• delivery to your plant by as scheduled by our own fleet of tractor/trailers

Highlights of the Service Guide Chock Maintenance Program

• all parts received are match-marked before disassembly and inventory of the parts
  is taken
  
• the assembly is high-pressure washed (rotational washer with 60,000 lb. capacity
  
• chock is disassembled completely and all parts are inspected
  
• all parts are re-washed in order to clean the inside surfaces and prevent rust
  
• a final inspection of the parts is taken and the chock is assembled…bushing and sleeve numbers are recorded…load zone that it is installed in…thrust bearing numbers and which cup is out, along with a complete installation/replacement inventory of gaskets, o-rings, bolts, etc.
  
• repaint the assembly…protect machined areas from rust…shrink wrap to protect from contaminants
  
• the final inspection reports, list of parts installed along with the tonnage last rolled are attached and shipped with the assembly
