Machining

Machining, versatility and diversity, has been the core competency of Service Guide for over 43 successful years. Many supporting statements are attributed to our company, but first and foremost is the “quality of product”. Many competitors imitate, but cannot duplicate our tolerances, dimension integrity, skill of craftsmen, or leadership of our floor and department supervision.

Breakdowns (emergencies) and scheduled/contracted repairs have no differentiation within our production scheduling process. We treat each product/order as equal…one and the same. We staff three shifts in our machining operation(s), 24 hours a day. 7 days per week.

The “litmus test” for our pride in ownership is a visit to one or more of our facilities in Cortland and Warren, Ohio. We are self-sufficient and do not rely on outside services or repair shops for meeting our commitment to our valued customers.
