Spindle Repair

Our Plant-1 facility in Cortland, Ohio, is perfectly equipped to repair and/or build new spindles to your engineering design. The combination of skilled machinists and precision lathes, supported by 5-stress relieving furnaces, assures you of achieving your maintenance and engineering project goals and objectives.

All spindles are ultra-sonic tested prior to final inspection and shipment to your destination.

Our maximum capacity for spindles is 70,000 lbs. The maximum length is 520” and the maximum diameter is 66”.

Spindles can be supplied with slippers and pins as a complete assembly.

Our shop is equipped to machine new spindles, repair broken spindles, including the availability of a 600 Ton Press to remove the couplings (which also can be built new or repaired).
