Stress Relieving

Our stress relieving capabilities are built upon:

• 5-different gas fired stress relieving furnaces with state-of-the-art
  instrumentation
  • 3-rail car type furnaces that hold up to 70,000 lbs. with a 44’capacity
    
  • 1-stationary top load furnace manages product up to 36”W X 81”L X 40”H
  • 1-traversing carriage bar furnace capable of holding a bar up to
    24”W X 169”L X 24”H
     
• Maximum temperature is set at 1150 degrees F and the duration is per your
  specification or until all components reach this temperature…once the time limit or temperature is reached, the components are cooled in still air…the cooling period can be varied with respect to your specifications or requirements
   
• All products are final inspected including ultra sonic testing…with final inspections results reviewed by our Quality Control Inspector and Detail Department
